Change From Valve To Won

hey... does anybody know how to change authonication server from VALVe to WON? i connect to VALVe and when i update a list it gives me 27010 servers to update.. or either my filter ain't working.. plz help

    i dont think you can, you need their ip address'

    other that or you can use gamespy

    personally, i love gamespy. it's been nothing but wonderful in my many years of utilizing its services. i seriously reccomend it.

    won is dead. That's why you auth through valve now.

    Sometimes the filters don't work. Just close HL and restart.

    let me explain my logic:
    gamespy is awesome because it has important and interesting ads and has a highly intuitive interface
    its overall an excellent program
    im not trying to sound like a 13yo but gamespy is the only program worth using to connect to any game

    sierra's owned by some rich **obscenity**, there's no way to take sierra out, well the original plan was to take WestWood out cept Sierra owns WestWood and taking out WestWood you've haveta take sierra out first, but anyways, won think still works on CS Retail, haven't tried HL.

    im assuming ur talking bout WestWood Studios, the guys behind the c&c games. if so, i have no idea where u got they are owned by sierra. westwood are owned by EA. and er, if u want to "take out" sierra you'd have to go after vivendi universal. good luck with that.
