Anyone else with a Radeon 9200 getting a straight line down the center of all the creature & character models and having the lighting just start right at the line?

I play at 1024x768 on High with all the advanced options on (vsync, bumpmapping, ect.). For some reason my FPS likes to be at 43 most of the time. If I'm all alone in a smaller room its always at 60, and it has never ever gone below 20 in any fight. I guess thats alright. I think I'll get more FPS in HL2.
Playing the minigame i had 20fps :/ Actual game nothing happens 10-30fps. Action getting shot/hit/close combat 3-15 fps. Using old nvidia drivers (52.16) cause it makes HL run with better fps alot.
Above on everithing on lowest. Crap gfx card i need a new...

I actually get 50+fps most the time on my previously stated system. Doom 3 must like nvidia...considering my GF4 Ti4200 is cranking it that fast. Yay!

Running on a Radeon 9800 Pro.
I can run on high settings 1024x768 at about 30-65 fps. In highly populated areas I usually get around 30+ fps.
