I've changed settings, I stay on High at 800x600x32@60hz

I actually get 50+fps most the time on my previously stated system. Doom 3 must like nvidia...considering my GF4 Ti4200 is cranking it that fast. Yay!

Running on a Radeon 9800 Pro.

I can run on high settings 1024x768 at about 30-65 fps. In highly populated areas I usually get around 30+ fps.

    ATI Radeon 9800Pro

    1024x768, High Quality, 2xAA, 16xAF, performance:
(Control Panel forced AA & AF, since the in-game High Quality option sets 8xAF)

Some extremely helpful and interesting information in
those posts guys. Nice work, keep it up. I'll edit my first post
to direct to some handy links.

Keep posting your info, especially if you find performance
    enhancers or tweak guides.

Anyone else with a Radeon 9200 getting a straight line down the center of all the creature & character models and having the lighting just start right at the line?

I have a 9000 Pro, I get the same thing though... It's rather ugly looking. I beleive it does that on my brothers system too. (He has the 9200)

    I have a
    P4 2.4b
    512 333mhz RAM
    R9800PRO OC

I play at 1024x768 on High with all the advanced options on (vsync, bumpmapping, ect.). For some reason my FPS likes to be at 43 most of the time. If I'm all alone in a smaller room its always at 60, and it has never ever gone below 20 in any fight. I guess thats alright. I think I'll get more FPS in HL2.
