My Crosshairs Dissapeared

Ok I have this issue from time to time. I'll be in the middle of a NS game when suddenly it randomly brings up my command menu and my crosshairs dissapear. It has happened to me and a few friends, I normally have to exit the game then restart it. It's not too major but it is a bit annoying when you exit only to find your favorite server filled in the whole 7 seconds it took to reload the game. Anyone else have this problem or know what to do...?
