Problem With Ns

<div class="IPBDescription">freezes...</div> Umm... I installed ns 3.0 and all the patches for it. I can connect to servers and play there, but every time when map changes or i reconnect to server or connect to other server again, it just freezes on "parsing game info". Thats two bars before connection is complete. I tried reinstalling the game without any luck.     Have you checked your connection type in Steam Internet setting?

    Uh.. Do you actually have a T1 or an actual lan connection to the internet? Most people are on broadband and should be selecting something less. It could be that you are overdriving the amt of data you are spewing out onto the network when you play. Try selecting DSL/256 or something less than LAN and see if that helps any..

    you don't have a T1 (Heck, MonsE couldn't convince his wife to let him install one <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->), and if you are connecting to out side servers then it dosn't count as a LAN.

    Set it to what you actualy have.

    Well.. i got 1Mbit cable <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->. But setting my bandwich lower doesnt change anything. All other HL mods work fine. (CS, CZ, DoD, HL DM)
