Mwahahaa. Finally a Perl module for gmail!

It'd be easy to make it simply forward messages to another account, but I think I may study up on POP3 and actually writing something to use the Perl module to turn GMail into POP3 mail, except 100% server side (not some silly utility you download)...

Or I can just wait a few months till someone else does it! :P

It's no browser plugin, it runs in the tray and uses 8mb of ram (i think they should lower this <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/nerd-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd-fix.gif' />).

if they realy wanted to know anytinhg about you, they already would.

its nifty
works with firefox (as all it does to interact with fire fox is popup www.gmail.com in a window)

when ever you get new mail it pops up a little msg with who it is from and a brief blurb of it.

used it for a day, and I must say it is very handy, I dont have to keep a g-mail tab open 24/7 anymore, just double click and it opens a new tab for me to read my mail
