Server Spec - Is This Enough?

Lo all,
Me and a couple of friends have been running a pretty popular NS server for a few months now and we have decided that instead of renting a server we may aswell co-locate one ourselves. We've found a good colocation package and everything and we are now trying to piece together a temporary server out of whatever we can find. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
The current spec is:
AMD T-Bird 1400 (Might upgrade to an XP2600 or equiv if we can find one cheap)
768MB PC2100 RAM
80GB IBM Deskstar HDD
We will probably be running a windows server.
Now, we want to run an 18 player NS server as we do now, and if possible at least 1 or 2 other CS clan servers for rental to help cover our costs. Would this server be good enough to handle this, do you think? We are intending to upgrade as soon as we can scrape enough cash together.
Thanks for reading, and any advice is appreciated.

It should be enough if you only run the NS server so long as you don't have any one spamming structures and stuff, and you wouldn't be able to have many plugins.
Have fun.
The amount of RAM you have is more then enough.
The hard disk has more space then you'll ever need for a game server and its log files.
That said, if you have enough bandwidth you should be all set. Really, your only decision is whether to upgrade the processor to a faster model.
It looks like we will have to get a better CPU anyway, I accidently switched the server on without a heatsink on the CPU... Needless to say it started smoking and went to the big motherboard in the sky.
Thanks again for the responses, much appreciated.
