PS: simliar to kylie's type of art but not that type of chibi though, i only need to know how to fill in colors

    well you COULD do that...Or you can fill and use doge and burn for high lights and shadows

    try to stay away from fill... its 3v1L.... just paint it with the brush, then dodge burn highlights.

    I think you're being too ambitious there, if you don't even know photoshop basics first. Kylie's work blows most of us away.

    Also, it's much harder to get nice looking pictures with a mouse than a pen, and sometimes there are better apps for a task than photoshop (like Illustrator for painting).

    Otherwise, google is your friend. Try keywords "tutorial" "line art" "coloring" "shading" in some combination.

    edit: Oh, and I don't like dodge/burn. I much prefer to use a layer, blended/masked correctly, so that you can actually have highlights and shadows that are colored correctly for the lightsource. Not all light is white.
