Maps Arn't The Same

Hi

I just installed NS and his maps but now i have a mayor problem. When i want to connect to a server ( moste of them) it loadding and suddenly it disconnects to main screen and i get the announcement: Map [ mapname] does not apply to server. It isn't the same map so i can't connect.

What should I do?? reïnstall steam and NS or downlmoad some mappacks ??

    You have to install ns3.0 beta 1 installer, ns3.0 beta 4 patch, ns3.0 beta 4a patch in order... You get that error because either you have not installed the patches or installed them at a wrong place...

    Read Thansal's guide at the link below and reinstall...

    I reïnstaled NS and sofar i can play it properly.

    I had the same problem, reinstalled NS using the files ns_install_v3_b1.exe, ns_v30_b4_patch.exe, and ns_v30_b4a_patch.exe in that order. I put everything in its default directory. It still gives me the same error message when I try to login to a server. I'm not sure what to do next.

    Hint

    when he says to read my guide, he actualy means it.

    all of the soloutions on how to fix these problems are in there, if you bothered to actualy even look at the rest of the guide.
