    Considering the image doesn't show up and the link gives me a 404 I'm not sure what you're talking about.

    hrmm sounds like the page has either been removed or hammered... Basically was an Australian gaming magazine with a huge ad reading "ITS DONE" in big block letters under the HL2 logo...

    I knew it went gold the instant they started preloading. Think about it. Why would they start preloading a game (and wasting costly bandwidth) if they would have to make people download it again in a month?


    The preload was the sign that HL2 was gold.

    They're only preloading stuff that won't be changing between now and the release. So not nescessarily.

    Its the last page of the magazine, where they tell you whats going to be in the next issue. It isnt an advert for another magazine.

    Like CWAG's been saying. As long as the beta of CSS still has some annoying issues, they wont release. Not unless they're keeping a closed beta, then they'll just tell every single store they ship it to to stay hush hush, and it will just spring up.
