<div class="IPBDescription">I've got some questions</div> I'm new to NS, and there are a few questions I have that weren't answered in the manual:

1. How do you become a commander? I can't use the command console.

2. How do I get new weapons and upgrades?

    In Combat (co_maps), you cannot become a commander. In classic (ns_maps), just press the use key on the CC and you'll be the commander, unless someone is already in it...

    In Combat, weapons and upgrades come from the points that you get from killing aliens and helping killing aliens... In Classic, the commander gives you your weapons and upgrades.
