Ns Crashes Randomly

For some reason when im playing a game I get a random error. My natural-selection minimizes and I get this error.

At this point im thinking its just some crash and I try to run my natural-selection but it's still running, so I ctrl+alt+del and in proccesses HL is still running (I think im still in-game in the server) but I can't get my screen back so I just have to end the program. Normally I get this problem when someone i/ms me on aim or a pop-up but not all the time. It's not very frequent but it's really starting to annoy me.

That's all the information I know about the problem, im just hoping someone else gets the same problem and knows something about it. Thanks in advance for help.

    i used to get the error *NET_SENDPACKET ERROR:NO ERROR* i found out that it was my isp lagging / timing out thus making me disconnect. this might be whats happining with you
    when this happens do u get loads of lag before the error shows up?

    Yeah, I do its because HL starts taking up so much memory usage when I get the error, it reaches about 200k memory usage.
