ok on WON my server always worked but with steam no one can connect

So lets start with the usual suspects. Firewalls. Made sure the proper ports are open?
Also as a hint for next time, there is always a few differences between linux and windows as to why you can't get people to connect. Try stating system specifications next time for more assistance.
