Eek!
I'm not sure if this is actually possible, but if someone knows how, could they take a video of a full game of NS (or CO), and turn it into a screensaver with sounds and everything? My 56k disallows me to be able to play and HL mod online, and I miss NS alot.

Not very well, but it's very playable.
By the way, desktops aren't able to have sounds in them, as desktop images are...images.
Also, I thought you could have sound in screensavers?

you can, I dont know how to make them but you can. There are even default windows screen savers that have sound effects for things as they apear on the screen.
Step 2: Convert it to a video file, making sure it outputs a file type compatible with step 3. Once again, search the forums for any tutorials or people who can help you convert a demo to a movie file.
Step 3: Search on Google for any freeware or shareware programs that let you choose your own video file and play it as a screensaver. Searching Google for "video screensaver" returns this as a first result; my linking it is for example purposes only and should not be considered an endorsement by me or the NS team because I haven't ever downloaded or tried this program.
