Need A Bc Spec File, Please

Yeah, I recently upgraded to a newer version of Batch Compiler and for some reason lost all my old spec files, now none of them have Opt_Plns, where can I get a BC Spec file set-up for Cagey's tools?

    The specifications that come with 3.0.0 support XP-Cagey's ZHLT build. (Use the Zoners Tools Advanced Specification.) Opt_Plns was removed and made part of CSG.

    to be all honest i had no clue what he was talking about im new to bc i allways used the standard vhe compiler i just guessed p series since thats xp-cagys version of zhlt

    Darkati told me to download this, and I did. And when I tried to run the program, I got an error, I have no idea why. But oh well, i downgraded and it works. yay, but sucky version :\

    Could it be because you didn't read the <a href='http://countermap.counter-strike.net/Nemesis/index.php?c=103' target='_blank'>red text on the downloads page</a>, the <a href='http://countermap.counter-strike.net/Nemesis/index.php?c=32' target='_blank'>red text in the setup tutorial</a>, the <a href='http://countermap.counter-strike.net/Nemesis/index.php?c=41' target='_blank'>FAQ</a> or the readme.txt that comes with the program? I can only go so far telling people they need the .NET framework.

    i kno what u mena tho, im sic of tellin people they need the .net framework, and it aint even my program
