<div class="IPBDescription">Thrid Party Game?</div> Everytime I try to join a server from Steam, it taked me to the "Browse Games" menu. I fully installed the Beta Version of NS. I'm not sure I understand your problem. Is it the same problem with all of your Half-Life mods, or just NS? Well, everytime I go to join a NS server, the Steam Client, instead of opening the "loading" box, it just goes directly to the "Third Party Games" menu.
NS is the only mod I have installed.

Have you just installed NS/Steam or have you had it installed and this just started happening?

When you execute steam your favorite window pops up, as well as the steam icon in the lower right of your desktop.
When you right click this icon you can see the following choises:"bla,bla,settings,bla,bla. Choose settings. Select "interface" in the new window. Now define you favorite window. I suggest: "Servers" should suit you well.
There is nothing wrong with your steam.
Just right click the steam quick launch icon and everything will be fine.

How does this come in? He said the browse games window pops up, when he tries to connect to a server.
Try a different mod, see if it works, or uninstall and reinstall steam, I never encountered errors like this before. It's strange.
First there is not much information given on the problem.
Second you always get phased to the browse games window, unlees you altered you "favorite window" settings.
This is why i assume that our young fellow just doubleclicked on his steam icon and wondered why it takes him to the browse games screen.
Question: What do you do, when you want to play NS? Right, you execute your steam application, which phases you to your favorite window.

It would by nice of Union if he could post that i assumed correctly.
If i am wrong then please Union describe every single step you do in order to play NS online.
Like.. First i dblclick on the steam icon then it says connecting account etc.etc.
MY STEAM IS UP AND RUNNING. I go and add a NS server to my favorites, double-click on it to "start" the game.
But intead of loading it, it just makes the "Browse Games" menu.
Sheesh, help me out. Did I install it to the wrong folder?
Open the steam folder and go into ns folder, and try to start the game from there.

1.) I am a NUB to this whole MOD thing.
2.) All I did was just download it. I didn't tell it to go to a certain file or anyhting.
3.) When STEAM is already started, I try to find a NS server, double-click on it, then try to load the game to play, but instead of loading it it goes straight to the "Browse Games: Third Party Games" menu.
4.) When I go to Play Games, NS is NOT THERE.
