Can't Connect To Servers

<div class="IPBDescription">"111 time remaining..." goes too fast</div> Whenever I try to connect to a server, it usually kicks me out. The "111 time remaining..." part counts down at a high speed, thus not allowing me enough time to connect to a server. This doesn't happen on any other computers (works fine on WIndows 98, but not 2000).

Any ideas? Thanks.

    try not connecting to a server from in-game instead join from somin like gamespy

    i use ping tool it doesnt have no 111secs timelimit so u wait to connect untill ure board
