  Your phone should come with a CD, a data cable, and usually thats all you need. If you're unsure of what res to use, just experiment, or read the manual.

  What provider are you going through? If it's Verizon... you pay them money. About a buck a picture, if not three. After all, it's 'value-add', even though the phone is natively supposed to do it.
  
  That's why Verizon turned off the Bluetooth features of the Motorola v715... so you'd have to pay them money, rather than just using Bluetooth to get stuff onto your phone.

  on the 710 it is still there.
  
  and you can buy the data cable and software from various stores (if it is verizon or sprint then you can probably buy it from RadioShack)
