I can see that CS made it.

So did SC(the game was released in 1998, SC:BW 1999)

What about NS?


But of course I reckon all the bugs must be fixed first eh?

    Of course. What you really have to remember is that NS has been out about a week and a half. I've played Counter-Strike since the beginning and it sucked when it first started. NS has oomph.

    Sure. Only if they can do something to make the games shorter. Playing a single game for 2 hours gets old. Also, the marines are BORING, and I mean VERY BORING to play as. They need some variety, adding classes would be one way.

    WCG = World Cyber Games
    (correct me if I'm incorrect)




    Its the olympics for eletronic video games.

    Held in Korea every year.

    So I guess someone will have to spread the NS virus to Korea first?

    In South Korea alone, there are more than 15K PC Bangs(PC Rooms, Pubs).

Usually 30-45 minutes if one side is cleary owning the other.

    Perhaps an option to allow for limited resources?

    ie.
    - 1K(1.5K, 3K, 5K, 10K etc) resource points per nozzle

    In RTS like SC, WC3 etc, resources on the maps are limited.

    Yeah I know about the WCG, I competed in it last year.

    It's basically this massive worldwide tournament, with most countries holding qualifiers to choose who goes to Korea for the finals (which were in october this year). This year the games were Age of Empires 2:Age of Kings, Unreal Tournament, Counter-Strike, Quake III and Starcraft:Broodwar.

    As for NS making it into the WCG, I don't think it will next year, but I would be surprised if it didn't make it in eventually

    A guy from school competed in it...in the CS comp for Australia...
