Yes, when I started this, a year or so ago, it was just me and my buddies. Now I am going to start it up again in a week or so and bring you something official from NSGuides. This will be modeled like my old trainings, but I have decided to include viewpoints and teaching methods from other guides aswell. I will keep you all posted. Hey, I've played ns on off since it first came out unfortunetly not having my own computer I had to leech of a friend now in an unexpected turn of events I have a computer and he does'nt anyways I would really like to learn to get better at NS as the only way I can get kills is to go gorge and build crap loads of offense towers.
i know not alot of people know me but i been playing ns since v1.04 has been released i waited from when i heard about it, i dont compare to some of the pros nowdays but i'd like to help out with whatever i can, i like to see the community come back to like it was in the old days, i played every beta of ns and know enough to help a few people. i'd understand if u guys thought i was jokin coz i aint a well known player but i know a thing or too about playing

I wouldn't mind picking up a few more skills, but I don't want to comitt to playing X hours a day, or something like that. Real life can always interfere, ya know? Also, I would recommend looking to Blizzard for ways of promoting clans. For example, Warcraft 3 has very robust chatrooms, friends listing, and arranged game options. Don't know if you're willing to get into all that, but those kinds of ideas certainly couldn't hurt.
I used to be a pretty decent skulk/fade but cannot get used to the beta for some reason (I did get better at playing marines though <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->). Drop me a line if you have time to teach me a trick or two please.

I actually think that your idea is meant friendly but think about the facts that happened to Counter-Strike. I feel so well in this NS community because it gives me that kinda oldschool feeling like it was back in cs beta 2.0 and in 1998 when HL was released. What I personally love about the NS community is that there's a small group of friendly,nicely and ripely players who don't act like the most cs players doing it today. example

and now what I like about ns. I only met a few guys who were acting like this in NS but most players don't do it! They've a good behaviour and playing fair! I do play NS since v2.0 and I liked it because it wasn't addicted to steam, and also the players were so friendly and it's a completely other feeling when you're playing NS than it is when you're playing CS. The behaviour of those players like I posted in the quotes made me giving up plain' cs.
And one thing wich I personally wish is that the NS community doesn't become like the CS! <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> carry on but be careful =)
