and well, there really is no equiv to a gorge :O
Or at least have spacemarines as Heavy Armour,
I think the NS marines are more like the Imperial Guard (personally)
Skulk = Genestealer (old Space Hulk look)
Lerk = gargoyle
Fade = Lictor (they're practically the same now)
Onos = Carnifex (huge assaulter with a terrifying scream)
Edit: Nerd, I'd say a Genestealer is a bit big to be a Skulk. I would suggest it as a Fade.
this is space marine "tactial armor (lightweight exosketelon armor)

and THIS is a termainator (Heavy Armor)

u guys are so noobs to Warhammer 40,000
and yes the genestealer could work as a skulk, it can run on all its arms and legs, and when it attacks it flails wildly with its 4 arms!
carnifex would be scary as onos, and the scream deal is very similar
and the lurk could be a gargoyle

Nooo nooo nooo. Remember, space marines are genetically engineered. They are like 2 meters tall. Their armor is like ultra-armor compared to the flak crap the imp guards are stuck with. It has to be powered by hydraulics since it is too heavy for a space marine to move all by himself. It has automatic medication and everything. It is super-ultra armor. Terminator armor makes you practically invincible.

And don't ever call me a n00b to WH40k. We never said anything that would make us seem like n00bs. Space Marines are plenty tough enough to be Heavy Armor marines. Watch your mouth. I would explain why Space Marines would work, by TychoCthulu already explained why.
Terminators only have Heavy Terminator armor... Jesus what has our world come to... Terminator armor = almost certain invincibility.
its all relative
the spacemarine armour may be tough, but its still quite possible to take them out with the smaller tyranid foor soldiers, especially when the marine can't hit whats attacking him (jumping skulk or whatever its equivalent is)
i mean comeon, since when where imperial guard part of space hulk missions
terminator armour may be hell tough, but i'm quite sure you could still manage to beat a terminator squad in spacehulk with your genestealers
if you want to be literal about the translation from warhammer 40k to ns, imperial guard would be WWWWAAAAAAAYYYY underpowered, i mean the imperial guard had 3 good things going for it, first off was point cost, you literally overwhelmed your enemy,
2) tanks nuff said
3) army structure, a squad consists of command unit, and up to 6 infantry units (if i remember correctly), you could take two command hq's and have 10 heavy weapons squads and a shitload of special units
3.5)that wonderfull overwatch rule which was removed because gamesworkshop are **obscenity**:P
and yes, i'm an imperial guard player (was at any rate) they do not suit the indoor fighting in ns, and the lasgun is hardly an automatic weapon
and don't give me no, we could use hiveworld fighters cause they are still pinsy little conscripts who are used as cannon fodder and protection for the tanks:P
btw Souris when I played, I had 4 squads of scouts 20 odd needle rifles (that right? what the sniper rifle was before they called it a sniper rifle, v2 rules, not the 1 big book, back when the game came wirh orks and marines a rule book, a codex imperialis and a weapons guide)
The Tau will kill you for the Greater Good!
