Ns_trey - Map Idea

<div class="IPBDescription">Worth doing?</div> Ok, I had this map idea as i want to see somthing different in ns..

I came up with this map concept...

There is no story behind it... its just an idea that popped in my head..

some of the vents may need moving/removing -- but looking at it i feel it is well balanced..

If you would like to make this map... let me know, as it will be far FAR too hard for what i can do... (tho it looks simple)

    would certainly be interesting... I could give it a shot (I'm pausing my map atm till I figure out this weird bug I keep getting... a couple of brushes just *POOF* disappear 0o')

    At the moment it doesnt look very interesting, maybe you should consider turning those outer vents into corridors too. In its current state I think the marines would just own it up every game <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Maybe, though MT would rape the Kharra, more so than other maps due to the linear nature of the map.

    Not really... as you notice, the hallways double back... that would make it hella confusing on the not so pro rines ... and cloaking would pwn... that's for sure


    so would AR and Spit and possibly Spores 0o'

    I have trouble imagining why in the world this would be built. Have the kharaa infested a spacegoing maze of the future with excessive ventilation or what?

    Is an onos stuck in one hive for the entire game, then, unless MCS are built?

    And 13 nodes is too many, particularly when marines can't get to 3 of them.

    bah this map looks kinda lame (no offensie) 1st its like way to many vents think of the begining ARGH poor rines getting analy raped all the time (thats if the vent you cant reach as rine) 2nd is rines surronded!? eva played a game of reloaction defending 3 corridors at a time? its very hard.. maybe have 2 sides needing welded?

    as i said,

    A) vens can he changed/cut down,
    B) there willprobably be weldable access doors etc...
    C) the res nodes DO need dropping..

    Maybe the 3 outside "vents" - change them to corridors, and remove the resnodes..

    I DID state it may need some alteration...
