    It wasnt just spam, he was also defrauding people. So dont think of this as a guy who got done for excess advertising, think of it as a man who stole hundreds of thousands whilst annoying hundreds of thousands more.

    For people to start taking this seriously, we need serious punishments.

    You would get jail time for fraud. If I was in a store selling medications that don't work... that's illegal. Same on the internet. It is just another medium.

    I want to visit the spammer at prision. Since he's unloved and cursed by all who know his true nature, he'll be <i>really</i> happy to recieve a guest. "Who are you?", he'll ask from his side of the glass screen, "And what do you want?"

    Then I'll slowly get out a piece of paper, unfold it and lift it up so he can read its message. It will have this written on it:

    <span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'>"DO YOU WANT TO ENLARGE YOUR PHALLUS?"</span>

    Then I'll get up and leave, laughing.
