    Wow...

"You don't agree with me, so let's separate ourselves into sects of hate!"

Think George Bush isn't good for America? Stuff like this isn't good for America.

Yep, everyone should unquestioningly accept everything that our leaders do.

Don't forget that people's opinions on the internets are the exact same thing as being leader of a powerful country.

Ok, let me put this in another way.

"Sorry World (we tried) - Half of America"
That has nothing to do with unquestioningly accepting what our leaders do. What it DOES have everything to do with is the fact that one side can't accept the differences in the other side.

By addressing the world with the implication that the opposite outcome resulted, rather than what should have been, and saying that "half of america" is responsible, that is an out and out separation from the "other half."

Think such a thing is healthy?

Difference of immense implication, like all those people saying we live in a republican, the majority of people should decide what a minority should be able to do.
  • Fro5tyFro5ty Join Date: 2003-09-26 Member: 21238Members, Constellation
Of course the country will be some what divided in opinoin and what they feel should have happened. But then, if one side feels the need to alienate themselves from the other side for a reason, don't you think there is something desperatly wrong?

It's funny, one side gets their candidate elected into the whitehouse for 4 years, the other side gets a website, and for some reason, that website is made out to be too much for them.

Crappy consolation prize, if you ask me.

Grr... apologizing to the world because we elected a leader that 40 years ago would have been met with rejoice.

Our country is so polarized... this is the scariest point of all the election.

What is to be sorry about?

In all honesty, this is "sore loosing" at its worst. There is no dignity in that, very little humor.

How many of you believe that Repubs would pull a stunt like that? Seriously, it is hitting way below the belt, and reminds me more of a crying sissy than a political statement.

Your period of "mourning" is officially over - now your just whineing cause you didn't get your way.

    Boo hoo.

So much for the "Tolerance" of Democrats. They can tolerate ***, minorities, but not republicans.

You guys are really pathetic. Go move to Afghanistan or something, and see how much better it is over there.

i still would love to read those hate-mails they've been receiving, just because i like to chuckle at other people's e-outbursts.

I seriously dont see a reason for that site. I see myself as a democrat, but i however would have voted Bush if i did vote. this year's election meant little to me, so i didnt care to register as i just turned 18 a few months ago. i really didnt see a downfall to how Bush has led us. Seriously, Kerry supported Bush in his war on Iraq before turning on him. Thats why i dont like Kerry.

    Pepe's got it.

Tissue? In the great war of ideas, your liberal vs (my) conservative, you are losing. I gloat over that website like Roosevelt would have gloated over a message between Mussolini and the Fuhrer saying "I'm sorry, but the Allies are kicking my ****!" And no, I'm not calling you Nazi's, thats just the only appropriate military conflict where I feel most people woul recognise the respective sides.
