just a quick question. I was looking forward to coming home and playing HL2 but I can't get on steam.

I should have been smart and left it running when I left for work this morning =/

    Well I can get onto steam just fine, but after redownloading my source materials.gcf, hl2 sticks at the loading screen when it is booting up :/.

    I get the same, which probably just means the steam network is borken.

    I had Steam running all day - just in case. So, when I get back from school I could buy and play my preloaded HL2.

    Mine finally got logged in....

    If it tries to log in and just sits there, let it sit. I let mine sit and in like 5 mintues it logged me in. :X
