but u just need to no for one thing wtf is with the commender. is there a beginner guide we can go for man and can u make it easyer for people first use the commender. because the first time i go in there it WAS HARSH!!!! i mean every want this and that and it was just crazy i tell u man. is there a way we can use the "right click mouse bottem" when u are in the pot u have to go thou and to move to a screen it is just hard is there a way to waypoint to a place if u right click and to that place and bame u are there. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> and thx for the wonderfull job in the mod man!!! this is batter then dod.

    Hello there i'm new to this Form here in the World of Natural Selection! I had the same dilemma (figureing out the commanders commands) until i found BoTs Baby! <a href='http://www.domain.com/picture.gif' target='_blank'>http://www.domain.com/picture.gif</a> Go play with these mindless bots and you can command all you want without the complaining you suck.... Good practice anyways but i have to say they really do suck...     punisher, you can bind keys for buildings, equipment..etc. might take a while to remember what keys are what though, i recommend using the Numpad and maybe some f1-f12 keys

    Honestly, a good way to prepare for commander is playing RTS games, such as command and conquer and starcraft, I find they help a lot with the multi-tasking required for being a comander in NS

    before i played CS i played C&C Red Alert. for years on end. and yea irs very similar. however i dont like commander, i need KILLLSS

    the commanders job is kinda hard, especially when the cmd has a slow connection, or a slow computer.
    cmd has to watch the battle all the time if amrines arew willing to win.

    I recommend having 2 config files for your controls.
    One for normal play, and one for being a commander.

    That way you can set up your keys for both modes without having to use your ENTIRE keyboard, and keep things organized.

    mirage.. do you have a sample one I could use.. do you know if there is a way to switch between the two in game? I really don't like the movement on the map.. can I switch it to like when I right mouse click then move the way the mouse is pointing ?? I hate how you use the movement keys and then have to move the mouse in order to stop moving.. even if I could just have it stop automatically when I release the movement key that would be a great improvement.
