    I think this was just before highway 17... the outpost where you get the rpg

    edit: I also saw him behind a door in nova prospekt but the shot I got caught him between the windows in the double doors... so no dice.

    as says Prima... i for one, have found one in the first chapter, but it also apears in chapter 11, so well... no fuss here it's the same location/situation, just a different chapter, and the pic in prima's is old... ohh wel can't be perfect.
