I would run a big NS on it but unfortunately :

LoadLibrary failed on ./ns/dlls/ns_amd64.so: ./ns/dlls/ns_amd64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Host_Error: Couldn't get DLL API from ./ns/dlls/ns_amd64.so!
FATAL ERROR (shutting down): Host_Error: Couldn't get DLL API from ./ns/dlls/ns_amd64.so!

Is a amd64 binary planed ?

I really have no idea about running servers and such, but i remember I had this exact same error happen to me when i was trying to run a Local LAN game with an outdated version of Metamod, might help, might not. You might also wanna make a post in the Server Support Forums
