Choke ?!

Hi, hope someone here can help me.
I have very high choke as soon as enemys are coming into sigth and battle starts. I just don't know why. NS worked for about 2 years without this issue... now from one day to another I am unable to play because I'm jumping through enemys, bit (as alien) all 5 seconds 1 time and so on. I think this is all cause by my high choke. >70 in battles. What can I do to reduce it ? Other games like DoD or TFC or CS or CS:S are working fine.. it's just NS.
