does anyone know where to get the hive voice thing. like "we need better players" etc.

    The sound files are all available in your ns server or client sound directory. Look through them. If you mean how do you play them when you want on the server, you'll need admin_mod and the speak plugin - I assume amx has an equivalent plugin
