    Start Steam (are Steam AND Half-Life 1 installed on your pc?) go to the Play games menu and click on "Natural Selection (beta 5)" under Third Party Games.

    yes i remember the first time i installed it i didnt have hl1 installed and the dl file got screwed up so make sure you have steam & hl1 installed... and close out of steam and click on the dl

    yeah, you dont know what i tried to do.. but ill tell ya anyway..

    First, i downloaded NS (wihtout hl1 installed) and installed ns in one of the hl2 folders. then i installed hl1 into the hl2 folders... and moved ns to the hl1 folder... and many other stupid things... but i got it all figured out. i hope.
