I used to think I had strong fingers from gaming until I got back into fencing.

Awesome sport. Aside from pistol and rifle competitions, the tip of a fencer's foil is the fastest object in sports. Some olympic-class athletes can even make small sonic booms like the crack of a whip because they move the damn things so fast. It's like chess with a 1/6 second/move time clock and muscles.

    Vigorous Headbanging = my exercise.
I recommend Run DMC - It's like That for maximum weight loss!

haha thats how i was for awhile untill i started to get stomach fat, now i want to do something about it.

Similar story. My metabolism is still crazy fast, but I somehow started getting some fat on my stomach, and so I decided it was about time to get that muscle I wanted, lose the fat, and become fit so I can do Le Parkour once summer rolls around. ( www.urbanfreeflow.co.uk )

So I'm probably not working out as much as I should be yet, but I definitely have gained muscle, and gained weight (because of the muscle), and lost fat.

edit: Oh, and for those with a crazy fast metabolism that are in their teens, I highly suggest working out, and then eating something with protien and carbohydrates after, the muscle gain should be amazing. (I seem to gain it pretty effortlessly)

Heh. Well in America some people eat 2-4 times of what they are required (as in they eat stuff even if they're not exactly hungry) to eat. *Eats some bacon*. The ones who follow the Food Pyramid aren't much better, either. :/

6-11 servings of grain? You shouldn't be eating ANY grain. Any possible benefits from grain can be found in fruits and vegetables. The body doesn't digest grains very well.

You shouldn't eat grains or dairy. Ever. Pretty much all of the nutrition is cooked out and then added in with supplements that put a strange taste in the food. (Guh, there's an obvious difference between pure orange juice and orange juice with vitamin C added.) Why bother when all the nutrition you need cna be found in fruits, vegetables and meat?

Nor should you be eating refined sugar.

And people wonder why they're getting fat, constipated and dehydrated.

If anyone feels like listening to me rant even more about proper eating, let me know.

My metabolism is poop but I play lots of DDR (waii!) and watch what I eat/drink so it doesn't matter :D

I also enjoy walking whenever I get the opportunity (I often feel sorry for all the lazy bones who jam into the lift while I spring up the steps usually getting there before them ^^ ).

It's too hard to stick to weird faddy diets or eating guides really. It's a lot easier to just chew things properly (most people don't, they nip their food with their teeth twice then just swallow you should really be mauling it before you let it slip down your throat :p) than count calories. Also drinking lots of cold water helps.

and while im standing there in the chippy, i see all these fatasses who are buying like the same food as me. but you can guarandame T they arent gonna be running the next morning to work it off...

however it is advisable to go on a diet first, get real fit then do what your doing cuz it doesnt take much for some one like you to burn it off.

but if you are eating crap like junk food and trying to exercise theres no point cuz all you'l be doing is burning of the junk not your stored fat

and run early morning before breaky you burn alot more fat that way
