Uhh Custom Game

What server browser are you using?
And have you activated Natural-Selection from the Start-Menu Group?

dont use the desktop shortcut, goto custom game on the main menu and select natural selection then hit activate ! or insall.

try loading up counterstrike, then use the modbrowser to load NS, shouldn't see any problems after that.
