Build Limiter Plugin

Where can i get the build limiter plugin that works with

amxx (amxmodx)

i have the plugin but i haven't got the sma and i don't know how to convert it back to sma so i cannot alter the plugin.

So if anybody knows where to get 1 of these build limiter plugins can you let me know!

    I ported the c_limitplus to AMX Mod X, and it is available <a href='http://www.modns.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=600' target='_blank'>here</a>.
