    I think the reason that scans aren't allowed are because of this community rule,

    Not too sure, although its the only reason I can see why scans have been removed in the past.

    Well, I can't find anything about anything that even refernces NS, or Flayra, or anthing thing on Xbox, other than KOTOR2.

    Or am I just blind, or does 35mins or scanning through the mag not yield the answers that I'm looking for...

    Lets wait for a mod to give us the OK. If you can just scan the one article I dont think it would be a problem. No one buys the magazine for that <i>sole purpose</i> of reading that one article.
