Dedicated Server Issues

When i set up a dedicated server, at the end of each round, the name of the server changes back to natural selection v3.0

how can i fix this, also where can i get server plugins (lerklift, extra levels etc), i cant find any working downloads

    new to this forum so i havent looked around much

    what do you meen the cfg? i try to set the name to TTG Test server (just wilst i sort it all) but like i say it changes to the default natural selection 3.0, and also like me said, not too experienced yet <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->
