Making Maps Etc.

Are we allowed to make maps? Well because I'm planning on making an outdoor map, (small enough so there will be no campers). More less aliens rush marines, and marines defend a space ship.



Well anyways could anyone send me a link to find a map building program. Thanks this would be much aprecied.

BTW If you don't like my idea don't post at all.
