    I take it thats a very basic sketch. I would pull out the ole ruler or use a cad or something to make a more accurate sketch. I make sketchs that are very detailed and when I go to map I change things (usually everything <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> ) but I would like to see a neater and more detailed sketch.

    Another example of a plan that has been confined to a box. Granted, the area in Hammer is essentially a bix 3-D box, but it's most definitely not the size of that piece of paper!

    I'm not saying crop-circle your layout into a field and post an aerial photo, but you shouldn't work from the edges in when drawing, that way you just confine yourself to not just a space but a shape as well.

    Read what I posted in the other layout feedback thread (ns_refinery)

    One last thing...

    ...why does your co_map have res nodes???

    Is it a co_map or an ns_map? cos if it's a co_map then -> <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    and if it's an ns_map then there are some things that you've put in that aren't nice in classic mode, such as "dead-end res nodes", and in this case why would Aliens have a designated start point?

    lmfao yeah the CO part i noticed when I was done scanning into the computer lol... I could make it a NS map too <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->.

    The size of a peice of paper part lol... I only got so much room to work with! Yes I know its very basic its gonna be my first NS map I don't wanna get over my head.

    I'll take out res nodes and make it into a CO map lol not a mix map, I guess I'll re-do it but thats the biggest paper size I got, time to find a corn field....

    Thanks for the input.
