Just need the Alien Egg done, and its not really under my guardship, hehe.
I haven't figured out whats wrong with the Drone/Skulk. Same with the Hive, it HAD been fixed but appears to have unfixed itself.
Much tinkering is needed, I need a free weekend to go through all the anims comparing... which first means I need to get a copy of the normal skulk/hive as I don't appear to have made a backup, for once.
I'd love to but atm I'm fixing my Aliens ones because the skulk death anims are completely borked. I think I must have uploaded an old one that I'd been tinkering with.. doh!

This would probably require dev intervention. There's no 'hatch' animation, and without that, there's no way to link in an event.

It's really easy to add a 'death effect' onto any model you want (whether they are custom or not).<ol type='1'><li>Decompile</li><li>Open up the resulting QC file</li><li>Find the line(s) for the death animations (such lines probably include death or die or headshot in the names)</li><li>Add <span style='color:snow'><b>{ event 7000 0 "ChamberDeath" }</b></span> to the end of each of those lines (ChamberDeath for a small splatter, HiveDeath for a big splatter, or experiment with other effects, which can be found inside the <span style='color:aquamarine'><b>ns.ps</b></span> file, in your NS root folder)</li><li>Recompile using the revised QC file</li></ol>

(the WAV file has always been part of the default NS install, but it normally doesn't play; probably just a trivial oversight by the devs).
