  But I think you click a marine, then right click where you want them to go.

  Yes, right click to give a waypoint, like in most any rts game. Also, clicking the little marine icon at the top center of your screen selects all of your marines, so you don't have to give waypoints individually. Questions like this should probably go in the New Player forum, though.
