  .....No. Banking would be an additional flight model addition that causes the lerk to strafe to one side in mid-air. I put this suggestion up in a PT a while ago along with several other things, maybe it'll get added.

  I think that lerks should shoot rocket propelled chainsaws now that they can fly backwards. It would add more depth and skill to the game at a higher level.

  Course...it's "sort of" possible to hover already, altho it only lasts for moments and it's not even really true "hovering"
  
  But ya, flying backwards and stuff would be so immensely fun...
