Mp3 Player In Console?

I noticed there was a "Song Directory" path in the advanced options in NS.
I remember hearing about this before, but never thought much of it.

1) Is this for NS only, or the HL engine?

2) How do you use it to play songs, and how do you control them in game?

I tried Google already.

    1) This is a custom thing for NS
    2) You can't. It plays randomly during the game. (as far as I know)

    If you want an MP3 player for the Half-Life engine, use Half-Life Player. Then you can play it on any half-life game and be able to control it, ingame, with console commands or key binds.
