<div class="IPBDescription">especially viewing server info</div> Hi,
NS started crashing itself. I don't know, I just start my comp, start steam, start NS and want to play. I always view the info first, so I can see whether the round has begun or not. But sometimes, it crashes my whole comp. I didn't do something special, but it does this sometime.
Sorry I can give no further info, but I have no idea why this could happen. Everything worked fine yesterday.

Without much info all i can suggest is to make sure you have all the windows updates.
Upto date motherboard drivers/graphic drivers/sound drivers/perhipral drivers etc.
Also try uninstalling NS and reinstalling, same goes for steam.
Sorry i cant be more help, perhaps the next person will be.
I don't know when steam was updated the last time, but like mentioned in my post above, it started yesterday.
athlon 2000+ xp
sapp atlantis radeon 9800 pro
1280mb ram
soundblaster pci128
But this infos are of no use, because it started doing this out of the blue. This is ridiculous.
Does it ever so often, not that big of a thing but I've since updated my soundcard drivers, I have a feeling it won't be resetting anytime soon <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
