Again.
Yet again, something mindblowingly important has happend and yet again, the Media didn't bother to inform me, because it's more important that we see who's winning on American Idol. Sometimes I hate this country's values. Anyway here's the real topic;

Anyway. Someone with better eyes than me, please read this, tell me I'm and idiot and I missed something so I can go to bed and not care.

It confirms things. Have we ever had solid evidence before?
::EDIT::
But why do we have to be so accepting of these decisions. I for one am angry.

Can say I'm extremely displeased. People like me aren't supposed to be right.
The press doesn't care. The public doesn't care. Every left-leaning blog on the internet has covered this kind of thing dozens of times.
What exactly are we supposed to do?
Blair saw his majority cut by something like a hundred seats. Iraq was definately a factor.
Put a sock in a bottle and light it on fire, that's what you're supposed to do.

These kinds of attitudes are what hold us back! Come on guys, proactive thought! Who can be contacted with this information that would likely publicize it? I could talk to my mom's boyfriend, he runs KERA, our local PBS station. That could help, since he might encourage someone on Frontline or some other news show.
Defeated by the system? Don't give me that, we are the system in a democracy.
1984
Go read it.....

No, most of the people who voted in the last election voted for him. That group of people is distinctly different from the population as a whole.

What have you done? Gotten angry and posted on an internet "discussion" forum.
A very few people can make a difference, yes, and history has shown it to a certain extent. But those few people are very, very rare. No one here will do anything. I won't do anything because to be honest, I don't really care.
I also don't think that anything I do will make a difference. The trouble is, EVERYONE thinks like that. So nothing ever gets done.

They won't even try. They will tell you the descision was right, the world is safer and Iraq is a better place now.
Fixed.
Nothing of this nature surprises me anymore. I hate it, but I cannot change it so I don't worry about it. Until the proles start caring, it won't change.
BTW, just started 1984. It's a good book, there are tons of references to it in Half-Life 2.
