Big E3 Video Thread

To stop 1001 seperate posts
Ok, slowly all the new footage is spreading from this year's E3, and with that comes a new thread for each video that people think is neat.
So how about we get all those videos together into a single thread to prevend double posting and to prevent massively cluttering the forums.
To start us off, we have two pretty large dumps of video files:
Gamespot's E3 footage. (Also great because it streams)
File planet's coverage.
My personal favourite bits of footage that you should definately see if you've not already would be the Metal Gear Solid 4 footage and most definately the mind blowing Killzone 2 footage, screenshots really don't do Killzone 2's visuals justice, and having now seen it in high quality video (Thanks IGN ) i can definately say it's truely amazing.

No, I want it to look like.. you know, Quake 2. As opposed to Doom 3 with cyborgs.
O.M.G. Metal Gear Solid, ONLINE.

OH GO TO HELL YOU EVIL BOY.
Quake 2 was hardly coloured lighting spam.
The only game in that series I've ever played is the one on Xbox (2, or something like it)... I didn't think it was anything special, and I beat the snake part of it in an afternoon. Did I miss something?
Yeah, you missed 90% of the game, since that was the prologue.
Good to know. What is there out there at the moment that isn't prerendered?

But most of those movies, which I probably watched 3 or 4 during rehearsals for the event, look very achievable and some were probably rendered on the actual box but in non-real-time. When a system is year away, heck even with a system is 6 months away, it is reasonable to expect the power of the dev kits would still only be a fraction of the power of the final system."

Appearently you played Quake 2 in software mode...
Quake 2 had more awful colored lighting than any other game since they started doing colored lighting. Mainly because it was the first game to do colored lighting and back then it was a real big deal. And since it was so new, level designers didn't really know how to put down good colored lighting or not...
Edit: Never mind, Unreal came out a full year after Quake 2, go figure.
Only thing that dosent look q2 about it is that nothing has that brown tint to it like q2 did, since theres no longer a color pallet made of dull browns and greens and some pretty reds.

thats one of the main reasons i liked q2 it had a nice rusted style
Something about it tells me that not only was it scripted, but rather, that it isn't anything like the game itself. It'd make sense if it wasn't for the odd gun movement: It seemed to know instinctively when the player was going to shoot or not. Not to mention types of leans that I have no idea how they'd do it without sacrificing a much-needed button.
Also, it seemed the player's weapon was extremely quiet o.o

This is how I feel about bloom. It seems like half the games that have light bloom don't know how to use it.
