Which Kills Can You Do

is it still possbile to do stompkills and such?

i tried to get some primalkills, but it always acounted sporekills... (i actually killed them with spore but had primal selected)

is this something that has been fixed with the last weaponselection-bug?
is t still possible to get such kills?

You're able to get stomp kills in co i think, not sure about ns.

how to produce a stomp-kill:

go onos
charge at marines
switch to stomp and let the charge damage kill them.

Oh it works. Some joker posted a screenshot of a bilebomb kill (on a long hallway in a siege map) trying to convince new players that bb really does damage >_>

i wanted to try to get a kill with every available weapon, but it seems it doesnt work that way...

seems you need the correct projectile wepon...
lerks dont have projectile weapons, so no umbra or primal kills...

1) on cheats
2) get the desired weapon (bilebomb, umbra, blink etc) and charge
3) activate charge and switch to the desired weapon
4) kill someone with the charge activated while selecting the desired weapon to kill
5) you've got yourself a stomp/primalscream/umbra/blink/metabolize/bilebomb/whatever kill

i think if you switch from spore to primal, BEFORE the spore hits something, you might get a primal kill.

im assuming you can get metab and blink kills as fade right? ive never tried it but it seems feasible.

1. start server with sv_cheats set to 1.
2. add a bot. (hostile team, if not use mp_friendlyfire 1)
3. type invul in console.
4. use give weapon_xxx to get the desired weapon.
5. type killall in console.
6. press f5 to get a screenshot.

fool proof ?

Probably possible, but you'd need some very dumb marines and be l33t with the <s>vinegar spray</s> acid rocket though.

Naa acid rocket comes in packets, healspray is vinegar spray. And ive seen a bunch of healspray kills.

The bug is that charge does damage over time and is constant. It is the only weapon I know of with this issue. To get other kills, do as someone suggested and turn on sv_cheats to give yourself additional weapons.

In 3.0 i have seen web, bile bomb, and stomp kills. I'm not sure about web and bile kills, but stomp kills still worked last night in the latest release (even in NS play).

Method is easy:
charge then switch to stomp while you are still charging,
or spit and switch to bile/web while the spit is still in the air.

Needless to say, charge kills are a lot easier.

Note: this is WITHOUT sv_cheats or other server mods

Because everybody sais that its easy to spit, and change to bb to get bilebomb kill, i want to see that someone else does the same.
or if you can do it, why nobody has had web kill?

What happened to me, i dunno, he had about 90 hp and 50 armor. i think that the game registered him as structure for like 0.001 secs, and that time my bilebomb hitted him.

but really, its very weird kill

I've heard you can get a xeno kill with leap (without blowing up) if you switch fast enough, but don't know if that's true. Leap is a lot like charge, in many ways.
