Install Ns To What Folder?

Well, I downloaded NS a couple of days ago and have installed it a bazillion times in several probable-working places and it still doesn't show up in a "third parties" list in my Steam Play Games menu. IT'S REALLY BUGGING THE CRAP OUTTA ME! I WANNA PLAY! ... Can anyone tell me where I should install it or anything else that I can do to make NS appear so that I can play it?

BTW I think Steam sucks so far <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> ... I like the old-school days of half-life and NS a couple of years back.

    If you have the original Half-life on steam, then just let the installer .exe install in the default directory shown... if not... ask someone else...since I only know how to make it work on cs 1.6...

    Swift, I've already read this tutorial and you say to "make sure the installer correctly targets your Steam accounts directory." Well, what folder should that targetted directory be? There isn't any folder labeled "accounts" so what is the folder name? That is what I really need to know. If you could tell me EXACTLY what folder it is it would make your tutorial much more clear. Thanks.

    C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<your-email-here>\Half-Life

    Or something similar to that (depending on when you installed Steam).
