<div class="IPBDescription">storm system through NE last summer</div> <img src='http://www.hprcc.unl.edu/nebraska/hPICT0033a.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image' />

This was as a large storm system moved through south central nebraska last summer. I've seen stuff like this on occasion back home, and it makes for a little unsettling feeling. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Also check out the two Summer links below the photos: The June 10th stuff was from western Nebraska and I think was while my wife was driving back home for our wedding (which was in western NE). The June 12th stuff I watched form from my apartment in north lincoln, though most of the action was to the east of where I could see.
This all took place just a couple weeks after this:
<a href='http://www.hprcc.unl.edu/nebraska/may22-2004tornado-damage-norris.html' target='_blank'>http://www.hprcc.unl.edu/nebraska/may22-20...age-norris.html</a>

in which a rural school was heavily damaged (I performed numerous times on that stage during high school, eep!) and a small town wiped off the map. Needless to say having similar storms over Lincoln was a little unsettling. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

I would love to see something like that in real life. I have a love for the clouds and stormy weather. That would be really something beautiful and awe inspiring to see in real life.

Nice KFS, those clouds to signify a very possible potential for VERY DAMAGING rain/hail/tornados... etc. :-)
Quite pretty too.

Should have seen the one that got away.
We had a summer storm yesterday and the colour of the lightnings were like <span style='color:purple'>this</span> but much brighter
It looks like giant cookies o.O. But dam the clouds look like something I would find in a game o.O
I think this is a good thing, aye?
You should be happy about it.
