Im using a Razor Diamondback (non plasma but plasma edition coming soon) on a steelpad 4S. Nice combo with great smoothness. had a optical mouse for less than a day... realy dont like my pointer/x-hair to move when i pick up and repossion the mouse... couldnt get rid of it fast enough...

[edit] sensitivity 6/11 windows and 4.1 ingame. accel on
I used to use a Thunder 8 pad with mild sanding
Sensitivity: ~44 degrees per inch, no accel
x2, including desk absorption.
