Error In Linux

I cant start the server, the console say:

FATAL ERROR (shutting down): file read failure

I have update HLDS Steam. My server is running Mandrake Linux 10.1
I use the following command line to start the server:

./hlds_run -game ns +exec server.cfg +ip 192.168.0.60 +maxplayers 32 +map ns_eclipse -port 27021

Please, help me.

P.S.: The other servers (CS 1.6, DOD) run fine.

    Is that a file corruption error?

    Why not try installing it again to see if there was a corrupted file...

    I installed it again (HLDS and NS) and give me the same error.

    Thats a permission error make sure its all correct and the person who has installed it is running the server
