Newbies have 4choices when they first download and install NS.
A.They can read the manuel to find out about commanding, the evoluton tree, etc.
B.They can read the tool tips in the game to learn how to build stuff, etc.
C.They can do A and B.
D.They can just start playing immediately, completely ignoring the tool tips and ask dumb questions like "how to buy guns???".
Why are we seeing a LOT of choice D?

But knowing what a clutch or steering-wheel is or why there are traffic-signs and -lights, and some cars even have funny flashing red and blue lights on their top surely will help a lot... Luckily NS is not real life - so nobody gets hurt for real when some "first time drivers" try things out or loose control*...
You do learn from experience - may it be good or bad...
* I've seen that - and it's NOT even a bit funny! So just stay calm when there are newbies at your game and let them learn... (or even better: try to teach them.)
